We love our customers here at REDs Outpost. We understand that sometimes an item purchased just doesn't end up being what you wanted so we encourage that you use the procedure below should you wish to return an item.
* Customer sends email to sharon@REDsOutpost.com requesting return.
* Customer receives an RMA number (return #) from REDs via email which will identify item when it is received back at REDs.
* Customer ships item to the address below (also in the return email) within 30 days of receiving the item with the RMA number clearly marked next to the mailing label.
* A refund will be issued to the payment method on file within 10 business days of REDs receiving the item in the same condition it was originally mailed in.
